Business Development Manager - Loyalty

Our start-up is growing and we are now looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic, ambitious person who is able to take initiative and create new business opportunities for Swapi. You will be a highly driven individual who enjoys cultivating new relationships and be passionate about loyalty & rewards technology & innovation.  


You will be confident in contacting executive level stakeholders cross retail, Airlines, hospitality & finance and ideally have existing contacts which you can bring to Swapi.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
 

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in direct sales & account role linked to Loyalty 

  • CRM & Loyalty experienced preferred

  • Strong network of contacts at executives level in UK

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience working with Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar

  • Strong presentation skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Relentlessly reach out to potential clients to arrange meetings & demos 

  • Lead the creation of new business proposals 

  • Maintain relationship with executive level or decision makers within targeted industries and/or potential leads

  • Coordination of proposal preparation

  • Acting as company representative for trade shows, events and conferences

  • Day-to-day management of new accounts with the objective to grow accounts beyond their starting point

  • Ability to work remotely

Swapi is the only digital wallet globally which allows users to swap their loyalty rewards, cashback & gift cards between brands. We help brands to reduce loyalty points & gift card liability by giving consumers the opportunity to spend their unspent balances elsewhere whilst allowing brands to avoid the negativity of expiry.
Swapi helps brands acquire new customers at a fraction of the usual CPA and churn existing customers to unlock additional value in a targeted and personalised method. Why wouldn’t you want to replace your inactive customers with active ones?


Swapi has one aim – to break the rules, allowing customers to choose where they want to spend their unspent value. Our eco system of places customers can swap into will include other points based programs, products, gift cards,  promotions and lots more, meaning customers will always be able to get value for their points.
We are a scalable business, run by experts in the loyalty & rewards industry. We plan to launch Swapi in the UK this Autumn with a view to expand globally, allowing international swapping of points in 2022.
