Swapi is growing! So we are looking for a an experience Marketing Executive who is able to take initiative and market the Swapi brand to B2C & B2B audiences. You will be a highly driven individual who enjoys a challenge and working on your own initiative and be passionate about loyalty & rewards technology & innovation. You will be confident in marketing KPI management, Social Media & Digital marketing.

 

Responsibilities for Marketing Executive

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

  • Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, affiliates, CRM, outdoor, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (CRM, press releases, website material etc.)

  • Manage external agencies (PR, Branding)

  • Maintain relationships with publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

  • Support with budget management - tracking expenditure against budget and driving efficiencies to maximise ROIs and customer KPIs.

  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

  • Work on acquisition and retention strategies

  • Collaborate with all internal teams – growth, sales and tech

 

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role

  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)

  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Creativity and commercial awareness

  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline

  • Hybrid working - work from our London office 2/3x times a week
