Swapi is the new national loyalty programme, helping global brands and independent local high street retailers recover from the impact of successive lockdowns and consequent economic downturn. Our innovative digital wallet enables users to earn (and later swap) loyalty rewards, helping brands to acquire new customers at a fraction of the usual acquisition cost, and unlock additional value through clever behavioural and personalised experiences.


Swapi has one aim – to break the rules of loyalty, giving people the choice of where they want to spend their unspent loyalty points, and helping them avoid expired rewards by discovering exciting new products and services on their doorstep.

Swapi is launching in the UK this Autumn with a view to expand globally, enabling international swapping of points in 2022. 

 

We require a dynamic and energetic Finance Manager who will relish the challenge of managing a fast moving finance function.

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Supporting confident decision making by the CFO and Management team through preparation and communication of timely financial and management information

  • Providing a range of effective and efficient support services to internal customers to ensure smooth operation, legal compliance and customer satisfaction.

  • Managing external customers and minimizing risk through highly competent account management

  • Ensuring that the company fulfils all its legal obligations to comply with Limited status requirement

  • Contributing to the strategic direction particularly from a financial positioning perspective

  • Co-ordinating and managing scheduling of activities to meet customer requirements e.g. Financial & Management Information reports, timetables etc

  • Planning and scheduling internal and external resource for support as and when required

  • Produce/co-ordinate and disseminate information in a timely, accurate, appropriate and professional manner

  • Liaise internally and externally to promote and deliver consistent excellent customer service

  • Represent Swapi Ltd at management level ensuring high visibility and highly effective relationships with customers/suppliers

  • Support other departments with their performance management information needs as appropriate.

 

About you

You will be working remotely so will need to be a self-motivated and highly driven individual who enjoys cultivating new relationships, and be passionate about loyalty & rewards technology and innovation.  

Whilst this is about the person, the ability to be part of the Swapi Family you will ideally be a qualified accountant with at least four years experience with a small and dynamic environment. Start up experience would be a positive.
