Swapi is the new national loyalty programme, helping global brands and independent local high street retailers recover from the impact of successive lockdowns and consequent economic downturn. Our innovative digital wallet enables users to earn (and later swap) loyalty rewards, helping brands to acquire new customers at a fraction of the usual acquisition cost, and unlock additional value through clever behavioural and personalised experiences.

Swapi has one aim – to break the rules of loyalty, giving people the choice of where they want to spend their unspent loyalty points, and helping them avoid expired rewards by discovering exciting new products and services on their doorstep. 

Why we’re hiring


Swapi is launching in the UK this Autumn with a view to expand globally, enabling international swapping of points in 2022. 


We’re committed to understanding our customers’ needs and expectations and exceeding them by providing a product that will completely change the face of loyalty programmes and rewards. Whilst we are run by experts in the loyalty & rewards industry, our solution is new to market and we’re focused on building trust with and delivering value to our customer audiences globally.


We’re building a team of passionate, customer-centric T-shaped marketers: marketing humans with broad knowledge in a range of tactics and channels, and a deep working knowledge in at least one specific area. 


For this role, we’re looking for a creative, commercially-minded person to come join Swapi with the breadth of hands-on skills to help us build the foundations of customer acquisition for an exciting new digital disruptor within the retail technology sector.


What you’ll be doing


  • Support and execute campaigns across our social, email, website and other channels as we experiment for channel fit

  • Build, manage and optimise our content asset library for business growth

  • Collaborate across the business to identify and support process optimisation

  • Develop and learn marketing operations best practice and channel depth


Together we’ll develop and grow with a clear view to career development and responsibilities as we build out our marketing function.

What you’ll need to bring

  • At least one year’s professional marketing experience with content creation experience 

  • Strong communication skills – with proven copywriting and proofing experience

  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of basic design principles and heuristics

  • Proficiency in Wix or a similar CMS platform, SEO and UX skills a plus

  • Working experience of using Adobe Cloud products (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Demonstrable video editing skills (please include links to examples in your application)

  • Social media management and experience of moderating or building an online community (e.g. Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Facebook Groups etc)


You will be working remotely so will need to be a self-motivated and highly driven individual who enjoys cultivating new relationships, and be passionate about loyalty & rewards technology and innovation.
