CRM Marketing Manager

Our start-up is growing and we are now looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic, ambitious person who is able to take initiative and market the Swapi brand to B2C & B2B audiences. You will be a highly driven individual who enjoys a challenge and working on your own initiative and be passionate about loyalty & rewards technology & innovation. You will be confident in marketing KPI management, Social Media & Digital marketing.
What we are looking for

An outstanding Marketing Manager/ CRM Manager with at least 4 years of experience in B2B / B2C marketing

Experience building acquisition and retention campaigns

Campaign engagement & conversion

Premier email sign ups & app downloads

Overseeing the end-to-end management and execution of email and push notification campaigns

Define & lead a cross departmental database growth plan

Budget management - tracking expenditure against budget and driving efficiencies to maximise ROIs and customer KPIs.

Deep understanding of how to scope and execute wider marketing strategies

Excellent storytelling and communication skills; innovation, playfulness and passion for loyalty, promotions & mobile app technology

Ability to adapt quickly to a start-up mentality and roll up your sleeves and get stuck in

Good understanding of SEO, Website management and Social Media

Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to zoom out to the big picture then back in to deliver on the micro-details

Ability to model customer forecasting and work out CPA and ROAS on marketing campaigns

Ideally a network and/or experience in building relationships in the Loyalty & Rewards industry

Some exposure to PR and managing other agencies

Willing to work remotely
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in a B2C & B2B marketing role

Digital & Loyalty Marketing experienced preferred

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint

Strong presentation skills
